We want your order to reach you fresh, fast, and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship across Australia.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Dispatch Schedule: Orders are typically dispatched Monday to Thursday afternoons.
• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AWST) may be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Options & Rates

We ship using Australia Post or a reputable courier service.

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 (delivery in 3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $14.95 (delivery in 1–3 business days)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 AUD

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delivery & Responsibility

• Delays: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
• Authority to Leave (ATL): Orders may be left unattended at your address. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered.”
• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your item is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Contact  hi@chilliandchill.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).
3. We will investigate and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
• Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tamper seals intact (if applicable).

International Orders

We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
